Many Miles to Cakeiztan

Many Miles to Cakeiztan is a runner game in which you'll craft the most delicious cakes along the road.  Try to pickup the ingredients in order, following the instructions on the screen, become the Master Baker, and be worthy of showcasing your cakes in the glorious city of Cakeiztan.

There are TEN cakes to discover along NINE stages.

Made in 3 days for the Mini Jam 66: Sweets

Mini jam is a 72-hour-long, game development jam for independent game developers that occurs every two weeks.

Rules

Use only LEFT or RIGHT arrow keys to swap between three lanes (LEFT, MIDDLE or RIGHT). At the bottom left corner of the screen you'll se your current objective, along with the current step of the recipe (The ingredient you need to pickup next). 

When you succeed at getting the correct ingredient, you'll gain points. Try chaining multiple successes to increase your multiplier and gain more points. At the end you'll be able to review your performance.

• Required items now spawn more frequently
• A visual indicator of the required item is shown on the bottom.
• Better feedback (now you see the points you are actually getting)
• Multiplier logic changed a little bit.
• You can now take a little break between each stage, as it requires a confirmation in order to advance.

• Pooled level generation for better performance

Controls

If you don't press anything, you'll be positioned in the middle lane. If you press LEFT ARROW you'll be on the left lane, and RIGHT ARROW will position you on the right lane.
